6.7 Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. b9b9 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to such accounts after written notice to the registered email address. Dormancy fees will not reduce the balance below zero.
7.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by b9b9 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 7.4 Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
7.5 b9b9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
8.1 All sports bets on b9b9, including cricket, PSL, international Test and limited-overs matches, UFC, and kabaddi, are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as displayed on the platform at the time of bet placement.
8.2 Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted when a confirmation reference is issued by the b9b9 platform. b9b9 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed on each market prior to bet placement. b9b9 may impose individual account stake limits at any time.
8.4 Errors and Obvious Errors: b9b9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an obviously incorrect price. Obvious errors include but are not limited to prices that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market at the time of bet placement.
8.5 Void Bets: Bets may be voided in the event of abandonment, postponement, or significant changes to the conditions of a sporting event that materially alter the nature of the market. In such cases, stakes are returned to the Player's b9b9 wallet.
8.6 In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are governed by the same rules as pre-match markets. b9b9 may suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after a material event in a match has occurred but before the market has been updated will be voided at b9b9's discretion.

12.2 Closure by Player: Players may close their b9b9 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.
